Description

As a 2nd Shift Machinist, you’ll receive comprehensive training on operating and maintaining CNC type machines such as Gundrilling, Deep Hole Drilling and/or Honing machines.

 

Starting pay ranges from $16 - $22/hr depending on experience, plus an additional 10% shift differential with generous perks and benefits including:

Preferred skills/background:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read measurements
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic shop math skills
 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with assigned trainers and managers, displaying a willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • Set up and operate various machines and equipment
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
