Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation. This is a full-time, second-shift position in a clean, climate controlled, well-equipped facility where your work makes a real impact. What You’ll Get:
- Starting pay ranges from $23 - $32/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential and paid mealtime

What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers is required.
- Ability to program using Mastercam is required.
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
- Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, Program and Run CNC Vertical & Horizontal Milling Centers
- Inspect your own parts
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
- Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
- Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
- Maintain a safe working environment
