What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll support our team, manage due dates, and provide guidance in the manufacturing of high-quality parts including precision-machined components, injection mold tooling, plastic injection molded product, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact.

• Weekly pay: Starting at $36 - $38/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers — required
• Proficiency in programming using Mastercam — required
• An understanding of GD&T
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish

A Day in the Life:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling Centers
• Lead a team of CNC Milling Machinists, checking set-ups and programs
• Communicate daily on department priorities
• Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
