What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more that serve industries like Automotive, Medical, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. • Weekly pay: Starting at $34 - $40/hr depending on experience + 10% shift premium and paid mealtime

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 5–7+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers — required 
• 5–7+ years of experience programming with Mastercam — required
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish

A Day in the Life:

• Set up, program, and operate 5-Axis Machining Centers
• Review part specification and requirements.
• Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform inspection of your own parts, record accurate inspection data using precision measuring instruments
• Perform multiple short-run jobs including frequent setups, changeovers, and tool changes
• Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
