Description

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Tool Maker to join our team of approx. 70+ skilled Machinists and Toolmakers in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.
 

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the design, build, refurbishment and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds to support industries such as Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Medical, Battery & many more!

 

Starting pay ranges from $30 - $40/hr with generous perks and benefits including:

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of work experience directly related to Plastic Injection Molds is required
  • Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification/degree is required
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze engineering designs and computer-based CAD plans and models.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with project leader(s), and provide direction to our team of Tool Makers
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to our up-and-coming Tool Makers to assist with skill building
  • Analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools
  • Fit and assemble parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies
  • Lead plastic injection mold build through all stages
  • Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
  • Maintain a safe working environment
